We are the best option for any Group of 8 or more! You can all travel in one bus - and we are also members of TOCC @ Geneva airport.

We have 12, 14 and 16 seat buses with room for all your luggage. Le Praz Transfers have over 25 years of Alpine driving experience and hold the professional CPC drivers qualifications. Simon and Tim have 13 years each working for local companies as well as doing their own transfers.

Our other drivers are very experienced in alpine conditions, and have all been based in the 3 Valleys as a transfer driver for the last 3 years. Le Praz Transfers provide a safe, professional, reliable and friendly transfer direct to your accomodation. We own and operate our vehicles and are holders of Both English And French international operators licence meeting the regulations in France, Switzerland and the U.K.

Our minibuses are comfy Ivecos and Transits that are fully winter prepared. These are nice mid-range buses that are 4 to 5 years old. Please don't expect new Mercs Or VW Crafters. If you want brand new buses we can do these at extra cost. 

We are able to transfer just one person or up to 16 people in each bus. We are set up to cater for children and babies. All child booster or baby seats are free of charge.

The team at Le Praz were awesome. Bryce our outbound driver was great, friendly on time and even dropped off an item of mine which I left in the van! Martin the bookings manager was also super helpful and communicative and went out of his way to help us with a shopping trip. Iona on the homebound journey was also really lovely, helpful and communicative which made the whole trip seamless. 5 stars all round!

Best transfers we have had yet, especially given the poor traffic conditions which were out with their control - we will definitely book again next time we are back - both drivers friendly and reliable - thanks

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel on a much later flight. La Praz Transfers quickly responded to me email informing them of the change and moved the transfer to the later time without any fuss. Good communication on pick up arrangements.

Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this document, any mention of a ‘company’, ‘partner’ or ‘ supplier’ relates to LE PRAZ TRANSFERS operating with registered transport license number 2019/84/0002832.

The term customer or passenger specifies any person or group of persons who has paid to travel with this Snowcompare partner. The ‘journey’ relates to the specific travel arrangements stated on the booking confirmation paperwork.

By placing a booking you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions

Customers must check the details of their travel arrangements at the time of booking.

Any amendments to the booked journey details will be at the discretion of the supplier’s management. Requested changes should be made by email or phone using the transfer company contact details on the booking confirmation. Agreed amendments may carry an administration charge to be agreed beforehand. Any additional payments or refunds will be processed between the company and the customer directly.

Transfer bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and are confirmed and entered on the supplier’s schedule. All cancellation requests by the customer are at the discretion of the supplier’s  management. Cancellation requests for a confirmed booking should be made by email or phone using the company contact details on the booking confirmation

 

The company’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 96 hours before the travel date will be refunded 50% of the full transfer cost.

Cancellations made less than 96 hours before the travel date will be due no refund.

 

In the case of flight delays, cancellations, or diversions it is your responsibility to contact the company using the details provided at the time of booking (or in subsequent communications).

 

When dealing with changes to pre-booked travel the policy of this company is as follows:

Where possible, drivers will wait up to 90 minutes from the time of the booked flight arrival time at no extra charge.

After this time there will be a charge of 30€ per hour to cover driver waiting time and parking charges. 

If the flight delay is expected to be over 2 hours then the driver may have to depart to fulfil other booked transfers. Everything possible will be done to make alternative arrangements to pick the customer up - any additional costs will be specified at the time and are payable directly to the company.

 

Damage to company vehicles or equipment by passengers will be charged at the discretion of the driver and management. Failure to pay any charges can result in the termination of your current journey, or of the return leg of the journey with no refund offered.

All customer luggage is transported at their own risk

Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused travel. No refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered in these situations.

In accordance with force majeure, Snowcompare & our partner cannot be held responsible and are not liable for a delayed or incomplete journey due to unforeseeable circumstances out of their control. These include, but are not limited to,

Traffic accidents & associated delays, protests, demonstrations & organised disruptions, police operations, road hazards, the act of a government or other national or local authority, border control stops, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions.
