"Wrong size car from Lyon to Val (too small). Racing Driver from Lyon to Val. Wrong pick up location Val to Lyon (could be driver error). Late departure due to car waiting in wrong location Val to Lyon. However both drivers very polite and helpful (especially return leg). This is a great service, just needs a bit more polish to make sure things work as planned.."

"Outward journey was perfect with Martin who was friendly and approachable. The return journey - the pick up time was scheduled way too early and Dom refused my request for it to be pushed back by one hour. We arrived three hours ahead of our flight and had to wait for an hour before check in even opened. Dom was very inflexible and refused to change it, the driver never contacted me in advance and didn’t speak to anyone the entire time. My advice - check the pick up times they give suit you!."

"Very good experience. Was contacted the day before we were due to be picked up to confirm details and drivers were on time and drove nicely. I have used other drivers who scared us going down the mountain roads!! Clean cars too. One suggestion as an improvement would be to have a small bottle of water for each passenger but that’s a minor thing. Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.."

"Arrived at the airport and immediately saw our driver waiting for us. There were no luggage trolleys at Chambrey and we had alot of ski luggage and a baby in pushchair to manage . The driver helped us with some of our luggage which was really appreciated, as the vehicle was parked some way from the arrivals area.. The vehicle was absolutely perfect, really comfortable and luxurious, and the child seat was in place ready for a speedy departure.."

"Both journeys were fine - polite, professional, helpful drivers The only thing that impacted the return journey was the smaller vehicle from 1st journey which caused us to be very cramp due to the significant amount of luggage (board bags, suitcases) which we made clear at time of booking. Would recommend."

"Good communication, on-time pick ups both ends, clean vehicles and very pleasant drivers. We have used Dom Tours many times and they never fail. The only downside was the driver on the return journey replying to WhatsApp messages while driving on the highway. I would encourage management to outlaw this dangerous activity.."

"Drivers were courteous, efficient. Taxis were clean and comfortable and they provided a car seat for the 10 month baby with us. On the journey to resort driver worked hard to avoid the huge tailback on the M- way by using alternative route and got us to Val T in a decent time But on the return trip we were given a pick up time 7 hours before our flight. We asked for this to be put back 2 hours, knowing that the roads were clear., but with no joy So we got to airport 2 hrs too early. Not happy."

"Very poor - the driver was 50 minuets late picking us up from the airport - when text him all he said was i'm on my way - if the time is booked one would expect that the driver would get there on time - when he got there he did not try and find us just stood there with our name on is phone even thought i had text him to say we were at the coffee bar waiting for him - when we arrived at the resort he did not know where the hotel was and dropped us of somewhere near - would not use you again."

"Not great. The journey to the resort resulting in the driver texting while driving all the way there and having one eye on the road. On the return journey the driver arrived in a van that could hold 4 bags. Unfortunately as booked, it was for 6 people, 6 bags and 6 boarding bags. This meant that we had bags over our shoulders, on our laps, no visibility and pretty claustrophobic. This was for a 3 hour journey. We wouldn’t use these guys again."

"On the transfer from Geneva to tignes the driver was difficult to find in airport a board with my name on or a Dom Tours board would have assisted, we waited 20 mins. On the drive to resort it was erratic and the driver carried out some dangerous overtakes and became angry at other drivers going slow. This scared the passengers. The transfer from tignes to Geneva was fantastic, thank you Victor.."

"We had an incredibly long transfer on arrival due to road closure and landslide. The driver was great and worked to make sure we could get to resort by switching drivers, we arrived at 5am so very long 14hr journey for them. Very grateful. Our return journey was very smooth and they allowed us to move to earlier day. Very efficient driver and very helpful. Thank you."

"The transfer to resort went really well-met at arrivals & 10 of us travelled together. Leg room limited but OK as a 20 seater. The transfer to the airport was different. There had been a landslide the previous day which caused delays. The vehicle assigned had run out of hours. With a 5am pick up I received a number of contacts & 2 smaller minibuses provided but not at the same time due to traffic delays. Chalet location difficult to find but drivers persevered & obviously tired. All OK.."

"There was no contact before landing and then it came from a Latvian phone number and no reference to me or the booking in a text, so I thought it was a scam text. I then got a call from the same number as was still unsure if it was scam call. I answered it and it was the driver, but I could easily have ignored the call. This did delay our pick up by 15-20 minutes as i hadn't heard from the driver on the morning of collection and so had no contact info to call anyone. The actual journey was good."

"Vehicle and driver fantastic. Unfortunately driver waited for us at Lyon terminal 1 and we arrived at terminal 2 even though the information was everywhere. Very inconvenient. Also departure time from Val d'Isere back to Lyon was too early, meaning we has an hour wait before check in even opened. First issue easy to resolve. Second issue I guess is related to logistics and availability of drivers and vans.."
