Alps Luxury Transport is a French-registered private transport company based in the Rhone Alps region of France - just 45 minutes from Geneva airport.

We provide a private transport service for individuals, events and businesses travelling from airports, train stations and surrounding areas of Geneva in Switzerland, Lyon Chambery and Grenoble in France and Milan and Turin in Italy.

We provide a professional ski transfer service in our 8 seat (+ driver) Volkswagen Caravelle. With a long-wheel base there is plenty of room for luggage. Automatic transmission means for a smooth journeys, and a full options package ensures your total comfort. Mercedes-Benz Class:Cls shooting break 4Matic, RenaultTraffic . 

Our vehicles are equipped with winter tyres and snow chains for the snowy driving conditions. Our drivers are all experienced in driving in difficult conditions on the mountain roads too.

With our experienced French drivers and good knowledge of the alpine roads, we ensure a good quality service.

For the purposes of this document, any mention of a company partner or supplier relates to ALPS LUXURY TRANSPORT operating with registered transport license number EVTC074170018.

The term customer or passenger specifies any person or group of persons who has paid to travel with this Snowcompare partner. The journey relates to the specific travel arrangements stated on the booking confirmation paperwork.

By placing a booking you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions

Customers must check the details of their travel arrangements at the time of booking.

Any amendments to the booked journey details will be at the discretion of the suppliers management. Requested changes should be made by email or phone using the transfer company contact details on the booking confirmation. Agreed amendments may carry an administration charge to be agreed beforehand. Any additional payments or refunds will be processed between the company and the customer directly.

Transfer bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and are confirmed and entered on the suppliers schedule. All cancellation requests by the customer are at the discretion of the suppliers management. Cancellation requests for a confirmed booking should be made by email or phone using the company contact details on the booking confirmation.

The companys cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the travel date will given a refund of 95% of the total cost.

Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the travel date will given a refund of 60% of the total cost.

No refund will be given if a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the date of travel, unless specifically agreed, in writing, by company management.

Return journeys are treated as one complete booking and travel cannot be split in regards to refunds.

In the case of flight delays, cancellations, or diversions it is your responsibility to contact the company using the details provided at the time of booking (or in subsequent communications).

In the case of cancellations that are not reimbursed, you should contact your travel insurance for reimbursement.

When dealing with changes to pre-booked travel the policy of this company is as follows:

If it is possible for the driver to wait for delayed flights then the first hour from the originally scheduled time of landing will be free. After this time there will be a 20€ per 15 minutes waiting charge to cover wages and parking fees.

If the flight delay is over 60 minutes then the driver may have to depart to fulfil other booked transfers. Everything possible will be done to make alternative arrangements to pick the customer up - any additional costs will be specified at the time and are payable directly to the company. There will be no refunds offered if the driver has to depart due to a delayed flight, but the return journey will remain unaffected.

For a transfer fromthe client(s) accommodation to the airport/train/bus station, the driver can wait for up 15 minutes maximum for the client(s).

There is no possibility to claim money from ALT should the driver be late due to traffic complications before or during the client(s) transfer. 

Damage to company vehicles or equipment by passengers will be charged at the discretion of the driver and management. Failure to pay any charges can result in the termination of your current journey, or of the return leg of the journey with no refund offered.

All customer luggage is transported at their own risk.

Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused travel. No refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered in these situations.

In accordance with force majeure, Snowcompare & our partner cannot be held responsible and are not liable for a delayed or incomplete journey due to unforeseeable circumstances out of their control. These include, but are not limited to,

Traffic accidents & associated delays, protests, demonstrations & organised disruptions, police operations, road hazards, the act of a government or other national or local authority, border control stops, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions.
