It hasn’t been the greatest time recently for skiers, snowboarders, and companies who transport them on their holidays. However, we do have some good news – and that is that Snowcompare.com have won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2021.
This is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. Feefo gives the Platinum Trusted Service award to businesses that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years or more. This criteria has been slightly adjusted to compensate for the pandemic, but we’re very excited and proud to receive this award – particularly as it is based on feedback from real customers.
We’ve always believed that giving our customers a great experience when booking their ski transfers (as well as helping them find the best possible transfer prices) was the key to this business. It’s great to receive recognition for it from our customer review partner Feefo too though. Despite the issues with travel & tourism this winter season we continue to remain positive about being able to see some travellers before the end of April – and we’ll be back stronger than ever for the 2021/22 ski season too!
