Feedback from customers has always been at the very heart of the Snowcompare business model. Whether it is reviewing our own website, or giving feedback on our transfer partners, we have always valued people giving their views on what we do here.
From Amazon to TripAdvisor, it’s well documented nowadays that customer feedback has become one of the most important factors in customers making a buying decision. A positive review from a verified customer really is worth more than anything we could say about ourselves, and we value every person who takes the time to leave feedback on their experiences.
Since we started snowcompare.com we have used Feefo as an independent company to collect feedback on our own business and the booking experience we have with us. We’re very proud that we have been able to collect 239 unique reviews with an average score of 4.9 out of 5 stars for our service.
The comments Snowcompare have received have been fantastic and really reassure everyone here that our company is making a difference to people’s holiday booking experience – making finding the cheapest airport to ski resort transfers easier than ever before.
Moving forward for the 2022/23 season we’ll be switching to taking reviews on Google as we feel it provides a better platform for customers to review our service. We didn’t want to lose the great feedback from Feefo completely though so have put some of the amazing comments here for posterity.
