With less than 24 hours to go before travel the original transfer co were unable to provide the service. However Dave pulled out all stops to find us an alternative ride, taking all the worry of getting from Chambery to Val-d’isere from our family of 6. The transfer drivers were very helpful and courteous and the mini vans clean and comfortable. We will be using snow compare for our future transfers. Thank you Dave.

These general conditions of sale are concluded between the brand "Transfer Mont Blanc", belonging to the company VOYAGE 1786, registered with the RCS of Chambéry under the number 811 083 633 ("Transfer Mont Blanc") and any person, acting as professional or not, (hereinafter the "Customer") wishing to book a transport car service with driver or VTC (hereinafter the "Service") for his own account or that of natural persons who have duly authorized him to this purpose (the â??Passenger(s)â?).

The fact of reserving a Service with Transfer Mont Blanc entails the full and complete and unreserved acceptance of the Customer and the Passengers of the general conditions of sale of Transfer Mont Blanc (hereinafter the "Conditions of Sale" or "GTC"). . Any contrary condition opposed by the Customer or the Passenger, in particular any contrary clause resulting from its own general conditions, is unenforceable against Transfer Mont Blanc, except with express, written and prior acceptance of the latter.

Transfer Mont Blanc reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The Conditions of Sale applicable to the reservation of a Service are those in force on the date of the firm reservation of the Service (hereinafter "the Reservation"), materialized by the receipt by Transfer Mont Blanc of the written confirmation of the reservation. .

Transfer Mont Blanc guarantees the proper organization and smooth running of the missions entrusted to it as a passenger transport company.

1. RESERVATION

WARNING

To book and/or pay for a Service, the Customer must be an adult or an emancipated minor, be legally capable of contracting and comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer is responsible for the reservations he makes both in his name and on his behalf and on behalf of Passengers when he acts on their behalf. The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information he provides.

RESERVATION REQUEST

The reservation request for a Service can be made by telephone, by email, via the website https://transfer-mont-blanc.com/ and by any other means approved by Transfer Mont Blanc. When made by telephone, the reservation request must necessarily be confirmed in writing, in particular by email or via the Transfer Mont Blanc website.

The reservation request must include the following minimum information:

â?¢ Dates, times and routes:

The date, time and place of initial pick-up of the Passenger(s)

The place of final drop-off and the intermediate stops to be respected if there are any

â?¢ The number of people to be transported:

Specify if the passenger has reduced mobility, only people with reduced mobility outside of their wheelchair can travel in the vehicle;

Parents of young children must provide the appropriate car seat according to the age of the child, however Transfer Mont Blanc may, on specific request and sufficiently in advance, provide the appropriate seat (without however to be obliged) ;

Children are under the responsibility of their parents throughout the journey;

The approximate number, weight and overall volume of baggage

Passenger's email

Desired vehicle model or category.

For any new Customer, the reservation will only be confirmed after verification by Transfer Mont Blanc of the means of payment of the latter (see â??Paymentsâ? section below).

ISSUE OF A QUOTE

Upon receipt of the reservation request, Transfer Mont Blanc establishes an estimate based on the information provided by the Customer or the Passenger.

Any change in the information transmitted is likely to modify the initial price of the Service (change of vehicle model, capacity, mileage, overrun, etc.). In addition, any service not provided for in the estimate is billable in addition to it.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

In the event of acceptance of the quote, the Customer must confirm his reservation in writing to Transfer Mont Blanc by means approved by the latter (â??the Confirmation of the reservationâ?).

The receipt by Transfer Mont Blanc of the Confirmation of the reservation entails the formation of the transport contract between Transfer Mont Blanc and the Customer.

2. PRICES

The pricing rules are likely to vary depending on certain circumstances such as public holidays, periods of high activity, pick-up area and/or use of the Service, time of day, etc.

Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and include:

â?¢ the driver service;

â?¢ fuel ;

â?¢ motorway toll and parking fees;

â?¢ professional civil liability insurance for the â??persons transportedâ? to pecuniary ;

â?¢ VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quote, the prices do not include entrance fees to sites, public or private properties, driver meals.

The price of the Service indicated in the estimate issued by Transfer Mont Blanc may be revised by the latter to take into account, in particular, the increase in the price of fuel and all the costs incurred for the purposes of providing the Service.

Additional costs may be required in the event of a specific request from the Customer such as a baby seat, special refreshments. The amounts charged will be specified in the quote or the Booking Confirmation.

Transfer Mont Blanc reserves the right to modify the price list at any time without notice. These changes will be communicated to the Customer and will apply to all Services reserved after the update of the price list.

The online price estimate (https://transfer-mont-blanc.com/tarifs/estimation-de-tarif/) gives the Customer an estimate of the price offered but does not act as a firm quote from Transfer Mont Blanc for the requested route. The final price will be proposed by email to the Customer.

EXCEEDING TIME OR MILEAGE (EXCLUDING TRANSFER SERVICES)

For any Service, Transfer Mont Blanc may decide on a minimum billing specified in the quote.

At any time during a Service, the Customer may decide to change the destination or discontinue it. In this case, the Customer will be billed for the time and distance traveled and made and at least the fixed price provided for when booking.

Any overrun on the scheduled return time will be invoiced in addition on the basis of the current rate indicated in the price list. Any excess kilometer will also be charged according to the current rates indicated in the price list.

3. CONDITIONS OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

PASSENGER ASSISTANCE

The Passenger(s) are required to comply with the pick-up rules indicated by Transfer Mont Blanc and the driver assigned to the performance of the Service. Transfer Mont Blanc cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance by the passenger(s) with the pick-up procedure which has the effect of preventing the performance of the Service.

The Highway Code requires Passengers to fasten their seat belts at the front and rear of the vehicle. Failure to comply with this rule releases Transfer Mont Blanc from liability in the event of an accident.

Transfer Mont Blanc may choose to subcontract, transfer or assign all or part of the Service to a third party of its choice, without notifying the Customer in advance.

ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO ON BOARD

Transfer Mont Blanc maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the invoicing of cleaning and restoration costs of a lump sum equal to â?¬250 including tax.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Transfer Mont Blanc, the consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the vehicles. The Driver and Transfer Mont Blanc have the right to refuse to carry any Passenger who is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, car or any other passenger.

ITINERARY AND ROUTE

The transport route is at the discretion of the driver who takes the shortest route.

In the event of events beyond our control (congestion, blocked roads, exceptional traffic, accidents, etc.), the driver may modify the initial route without notice and without a price increase for the customer in order to travel in the best conditions. . If the driver cannot modify the initial route and that through the fault of these events beyond our control, the transfer should be delayed, Transfer Mont Blanc cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences, and the customer cannot claim any form of compensation.

During the journey, only a courtesy stop will be possible and free of charge if it is less than 10 minutes. For all additional stops, the customer must inform Transfer Mont Blanc when booking or if the request occurs during the service, in these cases, the stop will be possible according to the schedule of the vehicle and invoiced to the customer.

BAGGAGE POLICY

The total weight of luggage is limited to what is compatible with the vehicle used, within the limits of accessible space. The driver and/or Transfer Mont Blanc may refuse luggage or objects exceeding this amount. In particular, for security reasons, Transfer Mont Blanc will refuse to load any bulky luggage in the passenger compartment. Transfer Mont Blanc will not be held responsible for any loss of luggage during or after the Service. The Passenger's personal effects are the responsibility of the Passenger and Transfer Mont Blanc will not be held responsible for any loss or deterioration of these effects.

VEHICLE CAPACITY â?? NUMBER OF PASSENGERS CARRIED

The maximum number of passengers in the car (including the Driver) must not exceed the maximum number of passengers mentioned in the technical specifications of the car. The Driver and/or Transfer Mont Blanc reserve the right to refuse a passenger exceeding these limits.

PETS

Small dogs and other small pets weighing no more than 6 kg, properly enclosed in a container not exceeding 45cmx30cmx25cm are accepted on board the vehicles, within the limit of two. Subject to this reservation, no other pets are accepted on board the vehicles.

4. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Requests for modification or cancellation are made according to one of the processes authorized for the reservation of Services.

MODIFICATION

Any modification of the Reservation must be made with Transfer Mont Blanc at least two (2) hours before the agreed time of the Service. After these deadlines, Transfer Mont Blanc will invoice all or part of the reserved Service according to the following terms.

In the event of modification of the Reservation, the Service actually provided is invoiced.

CANCELLATION

Transfer Mont Blanc will apply the following cancellation fees:

â?¢ Cancellation more than 72 hours before the service: management fees of â?¬50 per trip per vehicle, refund of the difference between the deposit paid and the management fees;

â?¢ Cancellation within 72 hours of the service and no-show: total invoicing of the reserved services.

5. DELAY

Transfer Mont Blanc is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure and/or for reasons beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, train/plane delays).

DRIVER DELAY

The driver is deemed to be late if he arrives after the meeting time set when booking the Service. In the event of a delay, Transfer Mont Blanc will contact the Client to notify him of this delay and, if it is impossible to take charge, offer him an alternative solution. In the absence of an alternative solution, the Customer may be compensated, compensated or reimbursed, it being understood that the amount reimbursed, like Transfer Mont Blanc's liability, will be limited to the amount provided for the Service reserved or, when the latter is not determined, to a maximum of 150 Euros.

CUSTOMER DELAY

The Driver is required to wait for the Customer 30 minutes after the meeting time. After this period, the Customer not present at the pick-up point is deemed absent (â??no-showâ?). In this case, the Customer will be charged the amount of the reserved trip.

In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes and if the schedule of the vehicle and the driver allow it, we will wait until your arrival at a rate of â?¬100 including tax for the hour of waiting (from the end of 30-minute wait included), deducted in 15-minute increments, i.e. â?¬25 including tax. Any period started is due.

6. COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Transfer Mont Blanc acts as a passenger transport company with drivers and as such declares to comply with the professional regulations in force.

It assumes the safety obligation to which any professional transporter is bound towards the persons transported as well as the responsibilities related to the control of the passenger transport vehicle, whether it is the owner or the lessee.

Transfer Mont Blanc declares that it holds an insurance contract covering its professional civil liability in respect of the exercise of the passenger transport activity and in particular all the financial consequences of bodily, material and immaterial damage for which it would have to answer. in the context of the performance of the Services, in particular following a traffic accident, from the time the passenger boarded the Vehicle until his descent, with the exception of damage caused by the fault of the passenger.

Transfer Mont Blanc assigns to the performance of the Services drivers holding regulatory capacities, carefully selected, in line with the needs and requests of the Customer.

7. DETERIORATION

The Customer will be responsible for any damage caused by him or by the people with him in the car (except the Driver) or the Passenger(s) during the Service, inside the Car, and will be billed accordingly for any repairs or repairs necessary to restore the Car to good working order and/or cleanliness and/or presentation.

8. PAYMENT, PAYMENT AND DOCUMENTS (Not applicable to Snowcompare customers)

PAYMENT TERMS

Transfer Mont Blanc accepts the following payment methods: cash, bank cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard), bank transfers (fees payable by the issuer).

The reservation of the service will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit requested is as follows:

â?¢ 40% of the total price on reservation;

â?¢ The balance 15 days before the service.

LATE PAYMENT

Any delay in payment automatically entails, from the day following the payment date appearing on the invoice, the payment of penalties of an amount at least equivalent to three times the legal interest rate as well as the application of a fixed indemnity for administrative costs of recovery of a fixed amount of â?¬40 excluding VAT per unpaid invoice (â??the Penaltiesâ?), in accordance with the provisions of article L441-6 of the French Commercial Code.

The impossibility for Transfer Mont Blanc to debit the Customer's account, for any reason whatsoever, constitutes a delay in payment resulting in the application, without notice, of the aforementioned Penalties.

COMPLAINT

In the event of a dispute over the amount of the invoice or the methods of providing the Service, the Customer may send a complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LRAR) to Transfer Mont Blanc at the following address: VOYAGE 1786 - 11 Rue de la Dent du Chat, 73420 Voglans, France.

 Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days following the execution of the Service concerned and in writing, failing which it cannot be taken into account.

9. PERSONAL DATA

These Conditions are subject to the regulations relating to the protection of personal data (in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 and the â??Informatique et Libertésâ? law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

Personal data collected by Transfer Mont Blanc during the Reservation and some performance of the Services are:

The identification data as well as the postal, telephone and electronic contact details of the Customer;

The email address and telephone number of the Passenger(s);

Data relating to means of payment;

Data relating to the movements and location of the Vehicle;

Data relating to the speed of movement of the Vehicle and the distance traveled.

PROCESSING PURPOSES

The purposes of the processing of this data by Transfer Mont Blanc are:

â?¢ the preparation and execution of the contract, in particular:

â?¢ the management of the reservation of the Services and their confirmation;

â?¢ monitoring and invoicing of the Services;

â?¢ emergency calls in the event of an incident or accident;

â?¢ complaints management;

â?¢ the fight against fraud.

The realization of the legitimate interest pursued by Transfer Mont Blanc in terms of promotion and prospecting, in particular:

â?¢ follow-up of the Customer relationship (maintenance of Customer satisfaction, customer loyalty);

â?¢ production of statistics and/or commercial analyses;

� transmission of advertising information or commercial offers to offer goods or services similar to those subject of the present.

Transfer Mont Blanc may only use the Personal Data communicated by the Client to send him advertising information or commercial offers from its commercial partners subject to having obtained his consent.

By accepting these T&Cs, the Customer accepts the collection and processing of the aforementioned personal data for the purposes referred to above, by Transfer Mont Blanc, responsible for processing.

DATA RETENTION

Transfer Mont Blanc records and retains personal data in connection with the Service for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Reservation.

At the end of this period, the said personal data may be archived by Transfer Mont Blanc, in order to enable it to comply with the accounting, tax and legal obligations incumbent on it (in particular the 5-year limitation period applicable to the Contract / article 2224 of the civil code; period of 10 years for the conservation of invoices / L123-22 of the commercial code).

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

The Customer has a right of access to the data concerning him. He may at any time request:

â?¢ rectification, updating and/or deletion of personal data;

â?¢ the limitation of the processing of his data;

â?¢ the portability of its data;

â?¢ opposition to the processing of their data for legitimate reasons.

The Customer must attach proof of identity to exercise the aforementioned rights.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Transfer Mont Blanc website, including but not limited to photographs, graphics, customer interface, editorial content, scripts and software, contains information and materials belonging to Transfer Mont Blanc and /or its partners, protected by intellectual property law. The Customer expressly acknowledges that he must not use this information or documents, except for use in accordance with the General Conditions.

The Customer must not copy, reproduce, display or use any element of the Transfer Mont Blanc website protected by intellectual property in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of Transfer Mont Blanc.

Customer shall not establish a connection, including via hyperlink, "mirror" link, whether electronically or otherwise, to any part of the website or application without the prior written consent of Transfer Mont Blanc.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

The General Conditions and any related contract are exclusively executed, governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.

In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and French version of the Terms and Conditions, the French version shall prevail. The English version is provided for informational purposes only.

 In the event of a dispute, the Customer will contact Transfer Mont Blanc to obtain an amicable settlement of his complaint.

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be:

â?¢ subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts if the Customer is a consumer;

� subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Chambéry, if the Customer is a merchant.

If one or more stipulations of these General Conditions of Sale are null and void or inapplicable, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.

VERY IMPORTANT

Passenger transport for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles (Transport Car with Driver; Occasional Transport) can carry out this service, in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions provided. We allow ourselves to warn our customers against certain companies or individuals who do not respect these provisions and cannot offer any guarantee.

VOYAGE 1786, owner of the Transfer Mont Blanc brand, meets the requirements of establishment, professional integrity, financial capacity and professional capacity required by articles R.3113-18 to R.3113-42, R. 3511-3, R.3511-4, R.3521-3; R.3521-4 of the Transport Code, and thus has the authorization to exercise the profession of public road transport exclusively by means of vehicles not exceeding nine seats, including the driver. License n°2020/84/0002656 issued by the Ministry in charge of Transport on 28/10/2020.

The company VOYAGE 1786, owner of the Transfer Mont Blanc brand, is also registered in the register of transport cars with driver under the number EVTC073190022 valid until November 28, 2024. Certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition.

VOYAGE 1786, owner of the Transfer Mont Blanc brand, has signed a contract covering the financial consequences of its professional civil liability, established in accordance with Articles R.211-35 to R.211-40 of the Tourism Code as amended by Decree No. 2015-1111 of September 2, 2015.
