MY DRIVER HH offers chauffeur-driven car services (VTC), exclusively by reservation and at a pre-agreed price. Telephone number: +33 6 58 94 98 38. MY DRIVER HH's registered office is located at 68, montée de l’Observance, 69009 Lyon, France. MY DRIVER HH is registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 951 944 768 00013 and with the register of chauffeur-driven car operators of the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Sea under number EVTC069230218.
1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions define the terms applicable to transportation service contracts concluded between MY DRIVER HH and its clients. By using MY DRIVER HH's services, the client is presumed to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
2 – FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORT CONTRACT
The client provides all information related to their service request. They are solely responsible for this information, the following of which are considered essential to the contract: client name, email address, telephone number, date of transport, pick-up location, destination location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adults/children), number of pieces of luggage, and type of service (transfer, delivery). MY DRIVER HH sets the price of the service based, in particular, on the information provided by the client. Payment is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the customer agrees in advance and without reservation that Transfert Van may carry out the secure transaction and authorizes their bank to debit their account for the service fee. After the customer confirms the service request and pays the price, MY DRIVER HH will send them, exclusively by email, a booking confirmation summarizing the service information. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the information contained in this booking confirmation. If MY DRIVER HH is unable to send the booking confirmation by email, the booking is considered confirmed in accordance with the customer's request.
3 – RATES
MY DRIVER HH sets the price of the service based primarily on the information provided by the client. Packages take priority over transfers. The prices shown include VAT at the current rate for transportation services (10% for transfers, 20% for services), the driver's service fee, fuel, and unlimited insurance for passengers. Tolls are included. Parking fees are not included. For services, the driver's meals and accommodation are not included.
4 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). All transportation services (transfers or other services) are payable upon booking.
5 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
5 – 1 – BOOKING:
All bookings imply unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The client and the service provider agree to comply with all the clauses cited in this CONTRACT. No modifications may be made to the above conditions without prior agreement between the parties. This contract will be automatically suspended or cancelled, without any compensation, in the event of force majeure recognized by MY DRIVER HH, such as traffic disruptions, inclement weather, demonstrations, accidents, telecommunications network failures or malfunctions, labor or equipment shortages, etc. The contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of payment for the order. Otherwise, it is automatically void.
All bookings for chauffeured cars are mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or, as a last resort, by telephone, subject to availability.
Specifics for pick-up at train stations and airports:

Please provide your flight or train number in the "Additional Information" section when booking.
For flights, if you do not have checked baggage, the 15-minute waiting time included in the shuttle service is usually sufficient. However, if you need to collect checked baggage and/or are arriving from a non-European destination, the time required to disembark the aircraft, collect your baggage, and any potential security checks may cause significant delays.
To avoid additional waiting charges, we recommend allowing a 30-minute buffer.
We offer you one free baby seat; any request for an additional baby seat will incur an extra €10 charge for each seat.
5 – 2 – CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
A reservation can be cancelled by the client before the scheduled pick-up time indicated on the booking confirmation, only by email to [email protected], for:
• Full refund if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• 25% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• No refund if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Any modification to the contract during the reservation period is subject to conditions.
Any modification to the contract during the service may result in an adjustment to the agreed price. MY DRIVER HH reserves the right to refuse these modifications.
5 – 3 – PRICE SURCHARGE / DELAY
(Added to the initial conditions by Snowcompare). For arriving flights, a free 60-minute waiting period is granted from the pick-up time chosen by the client.
Any delay of the passenger(s) beyond the pick-up time indicated on the booking confirmation will result in a surcharge, provided the client informs the driver by telephone, according to the following conditions:
• Between 0 and 60 minutes: €60
• Between 60 and 75 minutes: €120
• Cancellation with fees after 75 minutes: 100% or payment of an additional 50% of the transfer price
Payment of these surcharges is due no later than when the additional passenger(s) are checked into the vehicle. Any request for pickup between 9pm and 6am will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
If the client is absent from the meeting point beyond the initial 15 minutes, without providing a valid reason or responding to the driver's call, the service will be forfeited, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
• Client no-show at departure point (train stations/hotels): 20 minutes free; after cancellation, a 100% charge or an additional 50% of the transfer price will be applied.
• Client no-show at departure point from the airport: 75 minutes after landing, a 100% charge or an additional 50% of the transfer price will be applied.
Proof that the driver is present is required.
6 – QUALITY OF SERVICE
Passenger transport for hire is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles may provide this service and must:
• Once our company provides schedules for all departures from stations, these schedules must be respected because we are professionals in the region and these are recommendations. It is preferable to wait at the airport rather than miss your flight.
• Hold a professional driver's license issued by the prefecture.
• Hold a vehicle registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Road Transport Department / Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) Center.
• Display a registration sticker on the windshield. MY DRIVER HH undertakes to perform or arrange for the performance of transport services in accordance with the booking confirmation and in compliance with current regulations and legislation. In the event of subcontracting, MY DRIVER HH ensures that the individuals and companies it uses meet the same requirements.
7 – LIABILITY
MY DRIVER HH is insured by a reputable and solvent insurance company that covers the risks associated with its business in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a dispute, MY DRIVER HH can only be held liable if the Client provides proof of negligence on its part and a causal link to the alleged damage.
MY DRIVER HH's unlimited multi-risk insurance covers liabilities related to its business. The client is legally and criminally responsible for their actions.
7 – 1 – RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND PASSENGERS
The client agrees, for themselves and for the passengers for whom they have booked with MY DRIVER HH, to behave as a responsible driver from the moment they take possession of the vehicle, in particular by respecting the driver and the transport equipment, as well as the following rules:
Compliance with the Highway Code (wearing seat belts, using child car seats, booster seats, etc.),
• No smoking, eating, or transporting dangerous substances. If necessary, the driver will take a break of no more than 10 minutes during the journey.
• No alcohol consumption in the vehicle.
• If the client eats without the driver's permission or eats and leaves the vehicle unclean, a surcharge of €150 will be applied.
• Luggage is accepted but remains the responsibility of the client. MY DRIVER HH cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of luggage or electronic devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client will be entirely their responsibility.
• For any other damage resulting in the vehicle being out of service: - Actual costs + Downtime fees + Average loss of revenue for the last 3 months. In the event of damage leading to cancellation of the service, a flat fee of €150.00 will be applied, payable immediately by credit card.
• Cleaning in case of vomit will be charged at €150.00 including VAT, in addition to the remaining service price, payable by credit card.
• Small pets are accepted, provided they are transported in a carrier. Large assistance dogs are permitted.
Failure to comply with these provisions is the sole responsibility of the client and passengers, both towards MY DRIVER HH and third parties. MY DRIVER HH disclaims all liability for the actions of its clients before and after transport. MY DRIVER HH reserves the right to refuse service or to disembark any passenger who does not comply with these obligations, as well as any intoxicated passenger.
7 – 2 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint is admissible only within 5 days of the completion of the transport service in question. Any dispute arising outside this period falls under the jurisdiction of the courts and not the company's registered office.
8 – SERVICE / TRANSFER
8 – 1 – TRANSFER:
The transfer service begins at the registered office of MY DRIVER HH and ends upon the client's arrival at the destination address.
8 – 2 – LIMITATION:
The mileage limit is included in the package.
