Modification and/or cancellation of the order:
Once the price of the service has been established between the customer and the Company, the latter provides an order form on which the entire service is indicated in accordance with the customer's requests and its price including VAT. When the purchase order is signed, the contract is considered to have begun and these general conditions of sale are deemed to be accepted.
The customer can cancel and/or modify an order placed by phone, by email, or by any other means made available by My Centrale Driver in order to allow the use of the service before departure.
Fees may apply in case of late cancellation:
– More than 2 days before the service, it is 100% refunded.
– If the customer cancels between 2 days and 24 hours before the vehicle's arrival at the place and time of departure, the cancellation will incur a cost of 50% compared to the price of the trip.
– If the customer has not canceled his order 23:59 before the arrival of the vehicle, if the customer is not present at the start after receiving the SMS confirming the arrival of the vehicle, or cancels when the driver or the company calls the customer by phone, the full value of the race will be requested from the customer.
Any modification of the initial estimate may be made and invoiced later to the customer. My Centrale Driver is not responsible for unexpected expenses related to waiting, change of address, additional stops, parking, etc. The payment of these surcharges will be payable immediately, i.e. before arrival at the final destination.
In the event of a wait related to a delay in the agreed pick-up time and indicated on the transport voucher previously communicated by email, fees apply:
- For incoming flights 60 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled arrival time of the flight is provided free of charge.
– From 5 minutes of delay to 15 minutes, €15 including VAT is charged.
– From 15 minutes of delay to 30 minutes, an additional €20 is applied to the first dash, or €35 including VAT.
– From 30 minutes to 1 hour of delay, an additional €30 is applied to the first and second dash, or €65 including VAT.
– Beyond 1 hour of delay until 2 , without appeal from the customer, the company authorizes itself to leave the place of support and to charge a total amount of €160 including VAT to the customer.
- After 3 hours delay since the time of pick up the booking is lost and a new ride is possible with the same rate. The invoice is make to get a refund for the airplane company.
With our van we accept only 8 bags for 8 people. The ski and snowboard will be charged if they don't signal on the order. A ski equipment is available on demand with a fee of 50e by transfer.
