In the event of a flight delay, we offer one hour of complimentary waiting time after landing. If the flight is not delayed at takeoff, we will wait free of charge until landing and for one hour thereafter (this delay being beyond the client's control).
After one hour of waiting, waiting fees may be applied at the discretion of Emmene-Moi VTC Prestige management. If the waiting period cannot be accommodated, the driver may be required to leave after this time.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. After this deadline, 50% of the fare is refunded. In the event of a no-show on the day of travel—if our driver is already waiting for you—no refund will be possible.
