Based in the quiet village formerly known as Courchevel 1300, Le Praz Transfers took their name from the newest incarnation of their home resort – Le Praz.
With a combined 25 years in Alpine transfers, the Le Praz team have a great base of knowledge and experience from which to give their clients the best possible journey experience. Simon and Tim had each driven transfers for 12 years for local companies before starting Le Praz.
Although they offer private transfers in 8-seart minibuses as well, Le Praz are one of the few companies who have the licenses and drivers for mini coach journeys of up to 16 passengers – which is a great benefit for large groups of friends or family who want to all travel together.
All their vehicles, no matter the size, have brand new snow tyres and low beam fog lights for complete passenger safety in any weather conditions. Selected vehicles also have a TV and DVD player for those long journeys from the airport to resort. New for this season are three Mercedes Viano vehicles for the ultimate in luxury transfers.
Le Praz hold all the relevant Swiss and French licenses and insurances, plus an international operators license covering all areas. All drivers for their private transfer are English speaking and will meet you directly at the airport for a hassle-free start to your door-to-door journey.
Specialising in private transfers for groups of up to 16 in the Courchevel area – Le Praz cover the main airports of Geneva, Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble. They also offer transfers to other local resorts such as La Tania, Meribel, and Val Thorens. Pick-ups from Moutiers Train Station are also available.
