Waiting and Cancellation Policy:
90 minutes of waiting time are included from the scheduled arrival time stated on the transport voucher.
After the 90-minute grace period, a €10 fee will be charged for every additional 15 minutes.
If there is no contact from the client within 2 hours after the flight has landed, our company reserves the right to leave, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are fully refundable (100%).
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before departure are 50% refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
