Based in the heart of Haute Savoie between Geneva and Chamonix, Alps-Direct is the leader in private transfers for 15 years from Geneva airport to the Grand Massif ski resorts.
We also do transfers throughout Savoie and Haute Savoie resorts from Geneva, Lyon and Chambery airports.
We hire in priority drivers from the region who have plenty of mountain driving experience in all conditions. We take care to select drivers who are experienced, courteous and have an excellent sense for customer service.
We have a fleet of vehicles consisting of 9 seat minibuses an 4WD sedans. All our vehicles are less than 2 years old, are very comfortable, and have all the equipment necessary for transfers in the mountains during any conditions.
Your driver will wait for you at the airport and will leave directly when you are ready.

How to modify booking details already made?
Please send an email regarding all the modifications of your booking. We’ll send you a confirmation a soon as possible.
Do I have to book a car seat for my child?
Every child has to have his / her own car seat. Please include the total number of passengers travelling (including infants and children). You can choose the specific car seat for your child, depending on his /her age, on the booking page.
Can I change the pick up time specified in my booking?
Yes, all changes are possible. Please send us an email with the modifications and we’ll send you a confirmation as soon as possible.
Can you pick us up at an airport hotel?
Yes of course. Please indicate the name of the hotel in the « Informations field » when you do your booking
Where do I meet my driver?
You’ll find all the information regarding the meeting place with your driver depending on your arrival place (airport, train station...) in your confirmation email.
What’s my pick up time?
The pickup times are mentioned automatically in your booking depending of your take off/ departure time and the time of the journey to the airport, train station...
What can I do if my plane is delayed?
We are always following in live time all our client’s planes and trains. So we are informed of all the delays. In case of delay, we’ll do our best to organise an alternative solution for you to do your transfer in the best conditions.
Who must I call in case of problem?
Your driver gets all the information regarding your transfer (name, mobile phone, flight number…) and he will contact you in case of problem at the airport or at the station. In every cases, our assistance number (in case of trouble) is available 7/7 on +33612981250
How many pieces of luggage can I take with me?
We’ve got large vehicles with plenty of storage. You can take as many pieces of luggage as you want (large suitcases, skis, snowboards...) Please just tell us at the time of booking though.
Do I need to pay anything else after my booking?
No. All our prices are all inclusive and you’ll never have extra charges.
How can I get an invoice?
To receive an invoice, please send us an email and you’ll receive an invoice in the 2 coming weeks.
More than 1 week before your first transfer: 100% refund
Between 24h and 1 week: Refund minus 25€ cancellation charges
Less than 24h: No refund
